Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Full Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and addressing discrepancies between arenaflex and our fund business partners. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as you will be working closely with our Retail and Institutional Company Teams, as well as external partners such as fund companies, transfer brokers, and other organizations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles and identifying/ addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and the fund business or transfer representatives
• Handling Corporate Activity Events, settling/reconciling move activity, and processing/reconciling returns activity
• Conducting research of complex/escalated concerns and performing testing/validation of new innovation improvements and provider modifications
• Completing projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
• Analyzing and resolving customer review of membership deals or transactions requests, client/Advisor level exceptions, and regulatory commitments
• Reconciling business, dividend, and transfer breaks between BOS and Fund Companies
• Evaluating and analyzing applicable income tax code and correcting income tax coding
• Resolving internal/external body enhancements or concerns, originating breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
• Delivering method or innovation solution choices to Control and remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency
• Providing customer or organization companion service, answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
• Executing timely and accurate conclusion of client investing and returns requests

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working in the financial industry, particularly in investment or reconciliation roles
• Knowledge of regulatory commitments, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
• Experience with tax coding and income tax analysis
• Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
• Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
