The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
