The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Providing solutions to customers to help simplify their healthcare experience
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience: You should have a proven track record of interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
  • Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent: You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED.
  • Reliable internet connection: You will need a reliable internet connection with approved speed requirements to work from home.
  • Secure workspace: You will need a secure workspace free from distractions to ensure your productivity and focus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field: You should have experience working in a fast-paced call center or healthcare environment.
  • 6 months of work from home experience: You should have experience working from home and navigating the challenges of remote work.
  • Healthcare certification: You should have a healthcare certification, such as a Medical Assistant certification.
