About the Role

The Business Intelligence and Data Science team at arenaflex is looking for a Lead Data Analyst who will be an exceptional addition to our team. We collaborate with various teams across the organization to transform data into insights, insights into knowledge, and knowledge into key business decisions that drive the company's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the team in its reporting plan and data process, organizing experts to build tooling and communicate with our partners, as well as the wider arenaflex universe.

• Drive the utilization of analysis as a core value driver across our organization.
• Business Performance Reporting and Representation: Be the primary partner for cross-functional teams to understand the performance of the platform. When a metric is ahead or behind expectations, dive in to drive significant, actionable insights that help improve or double down on business performance.
• Reporting and Tooling Process: Lead the team in the development of meaningful and consistent metrics and reporting across streaming platforms.
• BI Execution: Drive reporting for large-scale data. Act as a subject matter expert for team members and collaborate with Information Engineering and Design in designing and building performant ETLs, mediator tables, and beautiful and fast Tableau and Looker dashboards.
• Formation of a Single Source of Truth: Collaborate with our Operations team and unite analysts and partners from across the organization to define and normalize the metrics by which we evaluate product performance.
• ETL and Metric Plan: Own measurement plan and creation by defining business requirements, structure and development, and long-term data flexibility.

Essential Capabilities

* A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Finance, Math, or related field.

• Ability to create data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• 4+ years of analytical experience, preferably explicitly in data science.
• Proficiency in SQL, some experience in SparkSQL, Hive, etc.
• Extensive experience with OLAP databases like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Experience creating and maintaining data warehouses for reporting through ETLs.
• Project and resource management experience, illustrating goals, timelines, and organizing work across multiple stakeholders.
• Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
• High drive and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results.
• Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills and experience presenting to diverse audiences.
