Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Online data entry work
• Product and service reviews
• Surveys and other online tasks
• Email customer service in an online ticket response system
• Utilizing best-answer templates to interact with customers
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Intermediate computer proficiency, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
