CNB Bank, Compliance Data Analyst

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Pennsylvania (USA) Job Type Full-time Description The Compliance Data Analyst will perform a broad range of analyses, including quantitative analysis of bank and customer data, to support the Compliance Department. The analyses will play a crucial role in ensuring the Bank remains in compliance with all regulatory requirements and identifying potential fair lending risk and opportunities. This position requires a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a general understanding of federal regulations including, the Community Reinvestment Act, Regulation B-ECOA, Regulation C-HMDA, and Regulation Z-Truth in Lending. Below is a list of essential functions of this position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for retrieving data and efficiently performing moderate to complex HMDA and CRA analysis.
• Develop and maintain various management reports to help monitor performance and assist in the early identification of risks posed to the Bank.
• Design and maintain key compliance management dashboards.
• Perform comparative file reviews
• Evaluate exception reporting to assess risk and compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with 1 to 3 years related experience and secondary education preferred. A background screening will be conducted.

• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively.
• TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use. Prior experience or the ability to learn the core transaction system, fair lending compliance software, Word, Excel, and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
