Title Sales Representative

We are a full-service title and appraisal company providing title insurance, appraisal services, and 1031 exchange solutions throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are relationship-driven, growth-focused, and committed to delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality closings for our clients. We are seeking a high-performing Title Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through relationship-based sales, expand market penetration, and strengthen our presence across assigned territories. Must have a title producer's license and an active book of business. What You’ll Do
- Originate new title insurance business and grow overall title revenue
- Maintain and expand an existing book of business
- Identify, cultivate, and manage referral relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, investors, developers, and other industry professionals
- Conduct regular in-person meetings, office visits, and relationship check-ins with clients and referral partners
- Promote our full suite of services, including title, appraisal, and 1031 exchange services, to increase client wallet share
- Represent us professionally at all external functions
- Attend and actively participate in industry networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and client-sponsored events
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients
- Ensure service expectations are met or exceeded across all transactions
- Strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with our internal title, escrow, appraisal, and exchange teams to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Monitor deal pipeline and track business development activity within assigned territory
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referrals, and revenue activity
- Ensure compliance with our policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices

Qualifications
- Established book of business in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania
- Proven ability to generate new business through relationship-based selling
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory

Work Environment & Travel
