Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and strategic role within the Treasury group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing performance and shaping the future of the organization. Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and run a regular bank reconciliation process to support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the different structures and for Atlas on a consolidated basis
- Support production of daily reports / models required by Atlas’ leverage providers
- Support production of weekly, monthly and quarterly senior‑level overviews and write variance commentaries which articulate total results with a focus on total balance sheet trend, net funding and liquidity usage, net interest margin (“NIM”) with reference to the underlying business drivers
- Support initiatives to improve efficiency in forecasting process and implement proper controls
- Support ad‑hoc requests around liquidity usage, interest rate sensitivity, growth initiatives as well as materials for senior level presentations
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Experience in Planning & Analysis, Reporting or Controlling roles.
- Familiarity with Balance Sheet products and securitization core lines of business
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and competency in other Office applications

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location.
