Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team. You will be responsible for designing and executing advanced statistical analyses to extract insights from large datasets. You will work closely with our team of experts to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute advanced statistical analyses to extract insights from large datasets
- Collaborate with our team of experts to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to support clinical research and evidence generation
- Work with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in patient populations and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with our clinical research team to design and execute clinical trials and studies
- Develop and maintain expertise in emerging technologies and methodologies, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence
Essential Capabilities
* Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and statistical modeling, with a focus on clinical research and evidence generation
- Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
- Strong understanding of statistical testing methods, including generalized linear models, regression, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and health IT systems
- Strong understanding of clinical data standards, clinical terminology, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
Preferred Capabilities
* PhD or Graduate degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with clinical data standards, clinical terminology, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
- Experience working with Great Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
- Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions
- Experience with exploratory design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
- Strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, with ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
