As an Account Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:- Market Analysis and GTM Strategies: Conduct thorough research on market segments, seasonality, and global developments to identify opportunities for growth and execute effective GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players.
- Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Seller Enablement and Support: Provide guidance and support to sellers, sharing best practices and statistics-driven insights to help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, ensuring seamless communication and conflict resolution.
Primary Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Results-Oriented: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets through consultative and solutions-focused processes.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with nascent products and offerings, with a strong desire to promote them into new markets.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and MS Office programs, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Adaptability and Enthusiasm: A strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a passion for success and winning.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial judgment, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Purchaser Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics industry, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in direct sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
