Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring patients have a positive experience while resolving their accounts in a timely manner
  • Adhering to set schedules and handling time standards to meet performance expectations
  • Treating customers with compassion and respect, while protecting their privacy
  • Promoting arenaflex's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions
  • Serving as a role model for our organization's values and mission

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • Previous experience in healthcare or customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $18.66 - $29.06, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
