Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supporting our team across all disciplines, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and collaborating with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to enhance our improvement process. You will also be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving arenaflex's proprietary engine-specific and custom gear.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines
- Preserve, extend, and aid present development gear
- Build and guide custom asset pipelines
- Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
- Collaborate with our team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and development timeline, implement the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team
Essential Qualifications
* A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
- Enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle: identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Experience with custom standalone gear
- Enjoy growing gear that can be utilized by many game development disciplines
- Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
- Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with custom game engines
- Familiarity with Unreal or Unity
- Knowledge of required utility materials
- Resume outlining applicable experience
