Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to callers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed
  • Provide accurate information to callers, including details on prescriptions, insurance, and healthcare services
  • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Resolve caller needs and provide appropriate follow-up and next steps, ensuring a positive outcome
  • Follow arenaflex policies and procedures, adhering to established guidelines and protocols
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including potential evenings and weekends

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to type 35 wpm or greater, with basic computer knowledge and email skills
