Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Storage Administrator to oversee and manage our data storage infrastructure, ensuring seamless data backup and recovery, high availability, and optimal performance. As a key member of our IT team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data storage solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert guidance on best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise data storage solutions, including NAS, SAN, and DAS technologies

• Design, implement, and manage data storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with application, database, server, and other technology teams to ensure seamless data storage and retrieval
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for daily and ad-hoc tasks
• Provide expert technical support and guidance on complex tasks, such as installation, configuration, and backup/recovery operations
• Perform code updates and security patches to maintain the integrity of storage systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (a combination of education, training, and experience may be considered)

• 3+ years of experience in data storage or a related field, with a focus on networking and storage protocols
• Industry knowledge and experience with large-scale SAN design and implementation
• Proven expertise in enterprise storage management, with experience in DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs
• Strong understanding of current and emerging data security technologies
• Experience with NAS protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3)
• Knowledge of data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS
• Operating system platform expertise (both Linux and Windows)
• VMWare knowledge and experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Experience with cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Certification in data storage, security, or a related field (e.g., CompTIA, VMware)
• Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence
• Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
