Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and online
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively identifying solutions to customer issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Key Work Liabilities

* Fundamentally help clients and different counselors through telephone, email, and on the web with charging/protection confirmation, thing, or association questions

  • Direct both inbound and outbound calls

Basic Qualifications
