Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our back office and sales teams by generating accurate and timely reports, assisting with inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, then we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate monthly and daily inventory reports to ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels
- Assist the back office and sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with the CFO to prepare and submit reporting requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support the Controller with month-end closures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reports
- Conduct various data review and consolidation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
* Educational background in accounting or a related field is a plus
- 1 year of related experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field
- Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with expertise in vlookup and pivot tables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy
- Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts, with a strong attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with cloud-based software and applications
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
