Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll play a critical role in driving our AI development and analytics capabilities to improve patient safety and outcomes. You'll lead a team of data scientists and researchers to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that leverage machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. Your expertise will help us identify and mitigate potential risks, optimize our operations, and inform business decisions that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions to improve patient safety and outcomes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement data pipelines, machine learning models, and data visualizations to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain high-quality data products, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts
• Lead or facilitate testing of AI-powered solutions to ensure results meet business requirements
• Create and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners
• Mentor and develop a team of data scientists and researchers to drive innovation and excellence
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in driving elite performance teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• 8+ years of experience in the Product Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development, with a focus on data and analytics
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Strong understanding of data management and governance principles, with experience in data quality and data security

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as data science, computer science, or statistics

• Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with experience in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions
• Experience with data visualization tools like D3.js and Matplotlib
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance principles, with experience in HIPAA and other regulatory frameworks
