Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats from arenaflex members, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general questions about arenaflex.com, resolving complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries.
  • Offer compensation and alternatives as needed, ensuring that members receive a positive and satisfying experience.
  • Act as a liaison between arenaflex.com customers, merchants, purchasing, and operations staff, facilitating communication and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Employ critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve order/item/delivery issues, providing creative solutions and alternatives to members.

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Certifications/Affirmations: E-commerce Member Service Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training course.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge/Skills: Customer service, computer literacy, professional business writing, typing (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm), and excellent communication skills required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off.
