What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Senior Customer Service Representative (Digital - Remote) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert across all digital platforms for customer communication, providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Writing engaging content daily and engaging with customers via live chat and email, ensuring that all interactions are positive and informative
  • Responding to negative feedback and crisis management situations, using your expertise to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining service levels and assisting in the education of outsourcing partners, ensuring that all customer interactions meet arenaflex's high standards
  • Supporting training and quality teams in delivering digital knowledge and training, helping to develop and implement best practices in customer service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in managing ratings and reviews sites and social media handles, with a proven track record of success in customer service and communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Excellent customer-service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple live chats
  • Ability to identify sensitive situations and manage them effectively, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and respectful
