Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for managing high-volume customer contacts, developing product knowledge, and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume customer contacts and communications through phone and email each day, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Use contact search and productivity tools to verify contact information and optimize customer interactions
  • Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to speak intelligently to customers and address specific objections
  • Document and track qualitative feedback and quantifiable measurements through surveys, phone calls, and emails, using computer systems to analyze and improve customer experiences
  • Capture customers' product expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and likelihood of abandonment, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
  • Initiate steps through appropriate communication channels to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to promote a positive customer experience, driving business growth and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience working in customer service, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
  • Prior experience in high-volume calling, with a strong ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Experience learning new technology and data, with a willingness to adapt to changing business requirements
  • Process orientation and ability to follow call scripts, ensuring consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you'll receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Base salary of $32,000 ($15.38 hourly) or more, based on qualifications and experience
