Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our customer segments to inform and improve our returns features.
  • Designing and implementing customer-facing returns features that are intuitive, effective, and customer-friendly.
  • Owning the development and launch of returns solutions to address existing and future edge cases, including drop-off options at physical locations and introducing new carriers.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Satisfaction Tasks, Merchandizing Classification groups, Customer Support, and others within the RRC team.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing creative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Tracking key performance indicators and overseeing detailed project plans to drive execution and accountability.
  • Communicating project updates to Customer Support and other key stakeholders.
  • Identifying areas of risk for RRC expectations and working with leaders to address and mitigate them.
  • Overseeing interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that project expectations, risks, and issues are effectively communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Cultivating strong relationships, key agreements, coordinated planning, and collaborative associations with leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or similar experience overseeing cross-functional projects and aligning business and technical requirements.
  • A proven track record of developing and refining customer-facing features in an product management capacity.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership and communicate product strategy and impact.
  • Ability to present new, innovative solutions and answers to address diverse customer needs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving growth and improvements in the customer experience area.
