Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a liaison between our field team and customers to resolve any issues that may arise

  • Investigate and resolve problems while recognizing when to escalate customer issues
  • Assist authorized callers by providing information and support
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Make callbacks to customers as needed
  • Perform all other duties as deemed necessary to provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications:
