Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers via live chat. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Engaging with visitors on clients' websites to build rapport and understand their needs
- Escalating issues to the Live Chat Manager as needed to ensure seamless customer experience
- Promoting client products and services in a way that's both informative and engaging
- Maintaining a positive and professional image in all interactions, both written and verbal
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or within a team
- Proficiency in keyboarding and internet navigation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An upbeat and professional demeanor, with a sense of humor and a "get it done" attitude
- Experience in a client-facing role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to compose professional emails and communicate effectively with customers
