About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. You'll be the face of our company, and we're looking for someone who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Research and problem-solve: Use your critical thinking skills to determine the best course of action for each customer, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
- Go above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we want someone who can think creatively and provide exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Need:
• 1-2 years of customer-focused experience: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: You'll be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to customer issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability: You'll be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be flexible with your schedule.
- Background check: You'll need to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
