Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced remote live chat agent to join our team, providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via live chat software. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering quick and accurate assistance, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting interest in our clients' products and services. Responsibilities

As a remote live chat agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Live Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Keyboarding and internet experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
  • Upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
  • Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Ability to compose professional emails

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or live chat support environment
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Available Shifts and Compensation
