Your Role in arenaflex

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable private internet connection (not supplied via cellular data or hotspot)
• A secure home office environment that's free from background noise and distractions
