Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering calls and handling reservations, changes in schedule, and elective transportation plans in collaboration with our SOC team
• Providing clients with accurate and timely information about flights, courses, and evaluating data
• Resolving client issues efficiently and effectively, recognizing and escalating need issues as necessary
• Responding to messages and screening flights to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Working in a high-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks, and meeting time constraints with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Solid communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and managers in a clear, concise, and effective manner
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions
• Stress resistance and adaptability, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A self-motivated and conscientious approach, with a willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to focus on and execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• A strong understanding of the organization's Agreement of Carriage and the ability to learn and convey its conditions effectively
