Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our part-time customer support team as a Service Technician. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their Coca-Cola products are served at the perfect temperature. This role will cover repair demands in the Fife Region, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards.

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative, and creating a supportive and friendly environment for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical services
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
