The Role

As a chat support agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our clients' online presence, providing timely and effective support to customers through live chat on their websites. You'll be working with a variety of clients across different industries, each with their unique products, services, and customer needs. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, address their queries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Essential Qualifications:
