Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs

  • Process new and/or amended enrollments

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. The essential qualifications for our remote Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty) role include:

  • Residing in the United States or having a valid U.S. address for residence
  • An active license to sell P&C insurance
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A passion for helping others
  • A patient and empathetic nature
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Fluency in English or bilingual (Spanish/English)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
