Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Professional to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Professional, you will be responsible for inputting data, developing reports, and analyzing complex data sets to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business objectives
• Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
• Design and develop applications for internal clients
• Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and problems
• Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2-4 years of experience in most of the following areas:
  • Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
  • Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
  • Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
  • Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
  • Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
• Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience
