Schedule and Compensation Details

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we're offering a unique hybrid work solution that combines the flexibility of working from home with the benefits of a collaborative office environment. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday
  • Competitive Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing Product Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Maintaining a Positive Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Accurately Updating Databases: Update customer information and product details in our database
  • Escalating Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate levels as needed
  • Ensuring Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of customer and proprietary information at all times

Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative who possesses:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A strong educational foundation is essential for success in this role
  • At Least 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles is a must
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Ability to think critically and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Flexibility and adaptability are essential in this role
  • Ability to Work a Hybrid Work Schedule: Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment and remotely
