Job Summary

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, navigating multiple computer systems, and collaborating with senior employees to resolve complex customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide empathetic support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to financial products and services. - Utilize various communication channels to engage with customers, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication. - Perform routine tasks, such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations. - Escalate complex customer issues to senior employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Essential Qualifications

- 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. - Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees and customers, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information. - Knowledge, understanding, and experience of internet, mobile, and social media technology.

Preferred Qualifications

- Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication, including but not limited to, supply action requests, updating personnel records, answering benefit or pay questions, resolving errors, researching questions, and other needs as requested by customers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment. - Experience working with diverse customer segments, including but not limited to, retail, commercial, and small business customers.
