Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting records submission and clerical tasks requiring the use of various job approaches and treatments, as well as familiarity with plan features, services, policies, and processes.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support via phone or in-person, and addressing a range of support plans and services.
- Placing outbound customer contacts, following up with emails, and responding to basic inquiries.
- Updating and maintaining customer call data, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles.
- Managing support; profile page creation/updating.
- Filing, information access, and document production.
- Creating and updating customer service issue tickets.
- Supporting the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and managing unique management ventures, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs.
- Managing the company's lobby area: greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment.
- General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job.
- Responsible for checking out supply products.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
