As a Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks, including: ### Key Responsibilities
- Gaining knowledge of RxClaim and participating in enterprise requirement determinations
- Checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks
- Collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues
- Working on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner
- Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings
- Incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
- Supporting implementation of patron PA documents at some point in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
### Essential Qualifications
- 1-2 years of analytical capabilities running with massive data units for projects or trending/possibility identification
- Strong, effective attitude with the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills – able to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users
- Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
### Preferred Qualifications
- RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
- Advanced talent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using MS Access database
