Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues.
• Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by engaging with them, thinking critically, and providing solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
• Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
• Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for pet care

• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication platforms

* Experience working in a pet-related industry or pharmacy environment

• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and laws
