What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional experiences
  • Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions and support to customers
  • Collaborating with our team to provide outstanding care and wellness services to our customers

What You'll Need:

* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
  • A commitment to being your best and delivering exceptional results
