Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry and customer support specialist with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Placing outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and responding to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating and maintaining customer call databases, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
  • Providing management support, creating and updating profiles, and performing various administrative tasks
  • Filing, data entry, and document production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Creating and updating customer service issue tickets, and supporting the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process
  • Managing special management projects, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks
  • Greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Performing general office roles, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
  • Checking and verifying supply orders, and performing other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
