Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Conversational AI and Live Chat Support

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Computerization Development team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and launch of our conversational AI and live chat support products. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to define and deliver products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and launch of our conversational AI and live chat support products, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver products that meet customer needs
- Collaborate with our product, engineering, and design teams to shape the future of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of product initiatives
- Conduct customer research and analysis to inform product development and ensure customer needs are met
- Work with our engineering team to develop and refine product requirements, ensuring that products meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with our design team to develop and refine product designs, ensuring that products meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain product documentation, ensuring that stakeholders have the information they need to understand and support product initiatives
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that product initiatives align with business goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
* 4-year college degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch successful products
- Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing and machine learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform product development
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible)
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
