Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative – Disney Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with our audience across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback, using this insights to inform and enhance our social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with our content teams to develop engaging social media content that resonates with our audience and aligns with arenaflex's brand values.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our social media customer support services.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of our diverse audience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; however, a strong understanding of social media platforms and their applications in customer support is essential.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's brand and content is a plus, but not a requirement.
