Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service experiences that exceed our customers' expectations
• Registering deals on relegated sales register and providing clients with respectful, fair, agreeable, and productive checkout administration
• Drawing in clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and administrations
• Settling client issues and answering inquiries to guarantee a positive client experience
• Modeling and offering client support best practices with all colleagues to convey an unmistakable and brilliant client experience
• Providing clients with respectful, agreeable, quick, and productive help
• Recommending things available to be purchased to clients and suggesting exchange up as well as buddy things
• Registering client buys on appointed sales register, collecting cash and circulating change as mentioned; processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades depending on the situation
