Job Responsibilities

As a QA Analyst & Customer Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to new and existing customers using our Live Chat tool on our website
  • Answering and resolving customer issues via live chat quickly and effectively
  • Writing support documentation to help customers troubleshoot common issues
  • Creating, recording, and editing product videos for support, showcasing the features and benefits of our software
  • Responding to support inquiries and relaying them to the correct departments
  • Working in a high-volume, fast-paced, and changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities
  • Collaborating with our development team to identify and resolve software issues
  • Providing concise feedback and support to customers professionally, demonstrating empathy and a positive attitude

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tech-savviness: You'll need to be comfortable working with technology and have a strong understanding of software applications.
  • Typing speed: You must be able to type a minimum of 65 words per minute to ensure efficient communication with customers.
  • Attention to detail: You'll need to be detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and organized to ensure accurate and timely support.
  • Problem-solving skills: You'll need to possess strong problem-solving skills and tech-troubleshooting skills to resolve complex software issues.
  • People skills: You'll need to be a people person, empathetic, patient, and conversational with a positive attitude to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Video production experience: You'll need to have experience in video production, including writing, recording, and editing.
  • Video editing experience: You'll need to have experience in video editing, using software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
  • Previous live chat support: You'll need to have previous experience in live chat support, providing support to customers via live chat.

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer support or QA role

  • Strong understanding of software applications and technology
  • Excellent reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and tech-troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in video production and editing

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with film production software

  • Knowledge of film production workflows and best practices
  • Experience in scriptwriting, storyboarding, or other film-related activities
  • Certification in customer support or QA
