Project Coordinator, Strategic Content

NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies, and they are seeking a Project Coordinator for their Strategic Content team. The role involves providing administrative and project support, managing scheduling, tracking project timelines, and assisting with event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and sponsorship commitments to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with the preparation of pitch decks, client materials, and meeting notes
• Maintain accurate records including contracts, budgets, and status trackers
• Support event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance as needed
• Provide general support to senior team members on sponsorship and production projects

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with PowerPoint and Canva is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in partnerships, media, and live event production
