Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide timely and effective support.
- Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers, and following up as needed to resolve issues.
- Going above and beyond to "wow" customers by engaging with them, thinking critically, and providing solutions that meet their needs while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
