As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, working from the comfort of your own home to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates
  • Navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
  • Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Exceeding customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of mandatory training
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • The ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
