Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
* Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
* Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
* Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times
* Providing feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues to help us continually improve our products and services
Key Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide creative solutions
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
* Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to stay focused and motivated in a remote work environment
