About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the gathering
  • Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop creative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and turning them into loyal advocates
  • Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
  • Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
  • A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, charming clients with every interaction
  • The ability to listen to clients' needs, propose tailored suggestions, and deliver high satisfaction with the assistance provided
  • A professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions
