Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless communication across all channels. If you have a strong background in data entry, IT support, and customer service, and enjoy working from home, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

Data Entry and Verification:

Accurately enter, update, and verify data in our systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.

IT Support:

Provide specialized technical assistance to clients, resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Client Communication:

Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on the use of computer equipment and software, including printing, installation, and project management tools.

Troubleshooting:

Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, using your expertise to identify and implement solutions.

Site Visits:

Conduct on-site visits to investigate issues, install or update equipment and software, and provide technical assistance to clients.

Follow-up:

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues have been resolved to the client's satisfaction.

Service Orders:

Complete service orders in a timely manner to prevent functional delays in resolving issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (client/server) and experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparatus, Symantec, and other remote desktop applications.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Attention to Detail:

High level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter, update, and verify data in our systems.

Time Management:

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Flexibility:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
