Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards.
  • Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments when necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients.
  • Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders.
  • Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases.
  • Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments.

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Typically No Relevant Experience Required

* Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.

  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes.
  • Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making.
  • Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments.
  • Works under close supervision.
