Schedule and Compensation Details

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive pay rate of $26 per hour, along with a range of benefits that support your well-being and career growth.

Office Rotation:

Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday, you'll work from our centrally located office in Irvine, California, where you'll collaborate with your team, participate in training sessions, and enjoy a positive and supportive work environment.

Work from Home Rotation:

Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, where you'll have the flexibility to manage your time, focus on your tasks, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving product complaints in a timely and courteous manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Processing Product Complaints:

You'll be responsible for processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Investigating Complaints:

You'll investigate complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience and that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Updating Databases:

You'll accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate.

Escalating Issues:

You'll escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.

Maintaining Confidentiality:

You'll ensure the confidentiality of customer and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this role.

Customer Service Experience:

You'll need to have at least 6 months of customer service experience to be successful in this role.

Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills:

You'll need to have strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment:

You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be required to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Hybrid Work Schedule:

You'll need to be able to work a hybrid work schedule, which includes weekly office and remote requirements.
