Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, text, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to succeed. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
- Creating and/or updating service requests in our ticketing system
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Maintaining customer records and updating account information in our database
- Scheduling and confirming technician appointments with customers and assigned technicians
Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
